OEM Front Lip for COUPE on 01-02

anybody know how i can get the 98-00 oem lip get onto the 01-02. what kind of modifications will i be having to do? i've seen it done before.

ive modded the mugen lip from 99-00 for my 02 coupe and only thing i did was cut the middle part on each side to get it into my grill area.

I know this is a retarded question, and not necissarily related to the topic but one of you could answer this in a quick post...

I wanna get a 01-02 front lip for my car.... but they only come in black from what I see. I don't know how comfortable I am painting it... and If I was going to... how do I figure out what paint to use?
