She sounds really good. The band behind her plays regular instruments (drums, bass, guitar, etc.). She plays the key board and works the electronic stuff. Luckily, the moments where there is a lot of electronics in the songs are moments when she isn't singing.

Personally I feel her looks are quite marginal.

However, the two albums she has put out are two of those rare albums that you can put on from song 1 to 16 and like every song. She really is good and her music trumps the vast majority of other female performing artists of "our" generation.
