Look like a wingless hornet, quick Walker, like an ant. There was a trail of ants nearby but no beef between them. Body was prob about 1 inch long.
Looks like these are mating, one was on the top of the other one for several minutes until they ran out of sight.

i like the viper right behind the bike, the silver with the hood up. I love how their removable tops look like a bad hair piece.
