that it is and i know but i have a thing for dark and contrasty pix. For some reason i dont like bright pix.

everything but the majority of the subject is bright, and given that its not due to the light coming from one direction it looks weird to me.

i'm all for dark photos but when you have light surrounding the object and partially reflecting off the object it looks odd

but as i always say, i know nothing
