    Do you have a reason to change the fuel filter?? You need whats called a "crush washer". It should be replaced everytime you change your oil. They're about .50 a piece at the dealer, pick up a few.

    On the 6th gen accords, the fuel filter is attached to the Fuel pump. So basicly its pointless to chance it, even if you can. I think you have to replace the fuel pump to replace the filter....

    So NO can't change fuel filter.
