converted to the 01-02 bumper, but may return to the 98-00 if the polyurethane lips hit the market if not, i'll probably put some oem fogs in this bumper and call it a day.

I can tell its an 01-02 bumper if i look at the lines, but because your car is black its a little hard to tell.
