Opinions on spacers

I had to judge a lot of what I got based on the fact that my wheels aren't dark colored, so any error in sizing I would make would be pretty apparent in the end

if you look at Chris' car it kind of just blends in so you don't notice the gap that much.

Exactly, lol. Im putting silver wheels on a dark car. I think the 50s will be ok.

As for spacers, Im gonna price a set of 5mm and 10mm Ichibas. If they're too much, I'll look at H&R Trax Spacers.

I bought a pair of eBay that have worked perfectly ever since. They are CNC machined and all that good stuff as well as my Ichiba ones. I couldn't tell a difference in quality and they've been great. They were 80 bucks per pair.

That's about the same cost, lol. Ichiba 5mm are $75 and 10mm are $100.

Found a pair of hubcentric 5mm spacers on ebay for $30. Might get them for the time being.

I wanna get these wheels on ASAP, Im just having a hard time forking out $175 for the Ichibas.

Why does this have to be so difficult and expensive?? Lol.

Ideally, Id like to run spacers, on factory studs, for the summer and then revert back to stock for the winter. Apparetly that's not possible. Well, it is but I'd have to remove/install studs every time I changed wheels.

The easiest option would be to just buy a hubcentric, lug-specific 5mm for the front and be done. If I go 10mm, or bigger, I'll need extended studs. Sure, they look good in the summer time, but in the winter, they look goofy. To be honest, the extended stud look still looks goofy all together, so Im not sure if I want to go that far yet.

I don't know why you're sweating all this extended lug BS. For the exact reasons you mention, get the V2's so you don't have to worry about anything when you want to take them off and throw on the winter setup.

Just be done with it, lol. This stuff takes money.

And 5mm is so little that it wouldn't be worth it at all.
