Need for speed Carbon Meets the G35...

Im not really feeling it especially for as much as its going to cost. Id rather throw a wide body on a G35 and then beef up the engine to get the same car for less

uh oh those xB's are gonna be faster than the 6th gens

hopefully not. i'd imagine they are a bit heavier... but i dont know what they weigh for sure, and they'd have a lot more drag than the 6th gens. if i get beat by one of those i'll be very very depressed.

my money says : twin turbo, 6spd, heavey as hell, around 400hp and under 50k. Everyone who can afford one will get one and it will be known as the STI+EVO killer. It will be way to difficult/expensive to modify and wont live up to the legend of the JDM skylines aka wont fit in to the current street racing scene but will be pretty fast.

I wouldn't be surprised if a fully loaded version runs around 100K

Don't be surprise cuz you are right, I think would think twice before paying that kind of money for a Nissan, yeah not even Infinity which is their luxury brand, anyways I think the car is beautiful and I wish I could afford one.

thats the question, is it gonna be under infiniti or nissan cause theres no way nissan could justify having a 100k price tag and an infiniti skyline would just defeat the purpose of it being a "skyline". they know what kind of power that name has and there obvious objective is to capitalize on it.

Theres no way it will be under 50k... my bet is more closer to what shaved said. I know they are very expensive brand new in japan but i don't recall how much exactly.

I'm going to guess they will be around $80,000 or so. This is one car that has had an ugly concept, then an uglier one, and then the production one is even worse. It usually goes the other direction. At one point, a really cool looking rendering poped up in magazines, it truely looked like the "real" evolution of the model but sadly it wasn't to be. I can't find the picture but it looked much more subtle, how i invisioned the r35 to be.
