Hey guys I want to paint my caliper WHITE being that my car is white I think it would give it a VERY 'clean' look but after doing some research people say that;

It will turn yellow?!?!

They are hard to keep clean??!...but after I spray clear coat won't I just be able to rinse them off?

then http://www.amazon.com/VHT-SP730-Gloss-Clear-Caliper/dp/B000CPJLV2

Any thoughts?

I wouldn't think it would be worth it. Too much cleaning. :thinking:

I was thinking that being there is a clear coat on it I would just be able to rinse it off every time I wash my car...No?

I thought that was the point of clear coat :sad:

I mean, it should be able to wash off. But do you really want to rinse off every little noticeable bit of brake dust/dirt everytime it shows up on the white caliper? because on the white caliper, is is NOT going to be shy about getting dirty. lol

You can try it. It's just paint, you can always re-do it if cleaning it becomes too much of a hassle. Never know until you try. ;) We need a guinea pig. :lawl:
