yea, I've done that, and I updated the firmware and it still didnt do anything. It's heading back to B&H for a refund and then I am going bigger.

whys that?

idk i tried it a WHILE ago and i didnt upload my images. so i sadi eff it and got a flickr pro account

i was doing some reading about flickr, and they delete peoples accounts out of the blue sometimes...and there's no "undo" either...when it's gone it's gone...like i was going to upload some pics taken OF me at the chicago meet but that gives flickr a reason to delete my account since it wasn't taken BY me, even though brandon and ray wouldn't have a problem with that as long as they get credit (i hope).

plus the censorship issues...and scared that they'll f up their ToS and start claiming license to any images uploaded...plus, smugmug uses amazon's servers and they've never had a data loss, ever.

still dont know what to do. smugmug is sooooo much better looking. meh...i think ill only put "social" stuff into flickr like meet pics, stuff for photo forums, flickrmeets, etc and stay under the 200 image cap and just link to smugmug inside flickr...
