my friend has a 5D and i got to play with it for a week, when I had XSi, and I don't know why I didn't really liked it.... or maybe that's because 70-200 2.8 IS isn't as sharp as my 70-200f/4? who knows but I went with 40D and so far like it. Also never understood why some ppl are like OMG FULL frame....

That's the non-IS version that is no longer made. Out of production normally means Canon won't even touch it.

those are the primary reasons, but don't forget the all-powerful marketing...

its funny though...since even though your aperture is faster on FF and the iso is better...you still have to stop down for the same depth of field. so shooting at 2 stops higher than a crop sensor, you still have to stop down the lens for a similar depth of field. so where is this 3-4 stop advantage of FF? more like 1...

sell everything you can to afford a FF cam, then...cause your pics suck.

i'm over wanting FF. it'd be nice, but already using film...i look at my negs and say "****...i should have stopped down more" as it is

im on the fence with FF. I just havent been exposed to FF. Havent looked through the viewfinder of one, i think if i did i would then be broke.

nothing is like a pentax MX or ME...the best 35mm viewfinders of all time probably short of only the OM-1

i'm not just saying that cause i own both

Try shooting through a ski mask. That's what it's like trying to shoot with a paintball mask on. Your eye is about 1/2-1" further from the viewfinder so you get about 50% or less coverage, haha.
