Please Help Bring Life To My Wheels!

hey whats going on guys and girls! My wheels are off my car now because my tires are finished! Since they are off Ive been debating on replacing them but due to financial constraints i rather work on them. Ive checked out local rim shops and everybody wants to chrage me $150-$225 per wheel to repolish them. Im considering painting them and just getting the lip worked on. What do you guys think? and what color? Im open to all ideas......

I actually have my springs but just need to get shocks guys! odds are im not gonna sell them so I guess the main questions is to repolish them or spray them?
