i got tokico blues with neuspeed sport
you might want neuspeed race for a more aggressive look
my combination is perfect for my DD and it gives me the desired look
i'm not too into the slammed thing because its uncomfortable on the fenders and for me personally
another option is grab some tokico blue shocks and skunk2 coilover sleeves which will run a total of 500 via ebay (skunk2 sleeves are 250shipped) and you can get a nice drop
the tail lights i don't mind, because it isn't the chrome one. the flares i would ditch.

Yeah and the fender scallops or whatever they're called need to go, sorry. I see those on old Caprice's and every other kinda ghetto sled you could think of here haha
