where to start... portion control is HUGE for me now. i went to the grocery store and bought a child's sized plate. I weigh everything before i eat it to make sure my servings are accurate, and i never eat more than what i serve myself (no seconds!!). My diet consists of high protein, low carb foods. i stopped drinking/eating soda, bread, and pasta.

these are from saturday.. I bought 16 tickets to the Yankee/Rays game for my birthday maybe 3 weeks ago. Fortunitly enough for me, Jeter had gotten hurt and put on the DL. He should of gotten the hit weeks ago, but we got to witness history in his 3,000th career hit.

Hes only the second person to get his 3,000th hit on a HR (Boggs) and hes only the second to go 5 for 5 in the same game as getting his 3,000th hit

out of 17,000+ people to ever play professionaly, hes the 28 to get 3,000 hits
