Is the tow hitch a direct bolt on for a 5th gen Prelude? Or is it welded / universal?

I also have a 4th gen Prelude I'll be getting this weekend. Will be parting this one out as well. It has a JDM H22 swap with a M2B4 LSD transmission, which I will be using for my car : ))).
