Progress Rear Sway Bar

From searching, I have read that the Progress Rear Sway Bar for 04TL will be a clean swap for a 2002 accord sedan. True / False?

Also, what's the difference between the following two?

(1) Progress 04-08 Acura TL 24mm Rear anti-roll bar 62.0110

They're the exact same part number. There would be no difference.

Yes. I put mine on when I had stock piping and you don't have to touch the exhaust at all.
