I have read KnightRyder thread many times and his lights are amazing. I'm just trying to find good headlights and add some LEDS to it. What you guys think is the best Projector Headlights to do this on? I want to see what you guys like?

Those things are garbage... if you want some cheap *** projector headlights similar to those I will sell you a pair for less than $100

There is an okay set of projector headlights from TYC out there. It's either those, do your own retro, or pay HIDIllusionz to make you a set.
If you make your own, start with OEM Stanley headlights.

The best way to go is with a retrofit. If you're not technically inclined you can pay someone to do it for you. While it will be a little more expensive, its totally worth it.

I forgot the 4th option, Morimoto H1 retro. It's easy compared to a TSX retrofit, and cheaper too. There are a couple threads on here with people who have done these.
