racing seat bracket

my seats are really uncomfortable and my friend is giving me his racing seats from his TL but he said i need to buy the bracket for them to fit the hondarati. does any one know where to get some? oh yea he selling me the 4-point seatbelt harnesses for 20 bucks and there green sorta like my car

set tha seat in tha car
see how far holes are off
take flat metal plate
weld to brackets
drill hole and bingo u got a direct fit lol

are they OEM TL seats or just Universal 'racing seats'?
if there universal look up wedge like above,but i used a pair of WEAPON R brackets from ebay for like 50$ like 4 years ago with no issues.
