Im waiting for my friend who welds to get some time. Were going to box out 1" angle iron over top. Its not going to be pretty but no care

If it was pretty it wouldn't flow with the car.

Is that hole enough of a cut out though?

Seems like other have made it a bit larger due to continued knocking.

Yup, it only had a small click on railroad tracks. Im going to cut it a spot more on the inside closest to th engine the day we weld the angle iron. I didnt want to cut a huge hole with nothing welded over it for structural integrity purposes. And yea my car isnt a show piece haha.

Yea! Man i would love to pull the engine and bedline it but its a little impractical for me since i dont have a hoist. Lol in time
