If it's a different radius than what you have on your car, it's not really a full size spare at that point..... so any way you look at it, it's not going to be feasible unless you are running a smaller tire diameter on your regular tires.... which will throw the speedo off AND look ridiculous...
My only propostion would be to use something like the NSX spare, which is a "space-saver" spare, which isn't fully inflated, until you pull it out to be used and you inflate it. Which would mean you'd also need a pump of some sort. haha, this is going nowhere fast, huh?
The point is not to look nice, or to have the right speedo. (If the flat is in the front, I can always put it in the rear and the rear wheel where the flat one was.) The point is to have it be compact to fit in the wheel well while
still being able to handle a long distance drive.

If you can find a 4x114.3mm wheel that you could fit a 155/80/15 tire on it could work... the problem isn't wheel size it's wheel width.
Right now, I just have one of my old 195/65/15's on a 93 Accord alloy. The trunk mat sits about 1.5-2 inches higher, but whatever, you have to sacrifice something.
It's nice to know I can drive full speed AND not **** up the differential if I throw the spare up front for an extended period of time.
