Put it on recirculate, it'll stop it.

what he said if you got the fresh air button on then your outside air vent will be open and let air in. So if you want it to stop just hit the recirculate button.

But if you recirculate you will steam up your windows, too. That's why its convenient to have the air circulating. After all, the thermostat is for setting the temperature. I know my '93 was like that too, and so is my wife's pos Ody.
