rear brake question?

they actually did wear evenly. they were rly low. and me and my dad pulled them out. we checked the ebrake to see if it was too tight. but it's fine and it releases when u take it off. i don't think it's the calipur. but i don't ride with my ebrake down at all! i do have a few hills here and there. but not alot. and it's not like i always stop hard. so idk wth happen. but there are NEW brake pads on there now. if i see them go down rly fast ..i rly gotta find out what's making that happen.

i have a question.. those screws that hold down the rotors are they RLY nessicary? or what?

did you replace your rotors when you changed the pads?

the rotor screws are there to make the manufacturing process easier...you dont need em.

yup i replaced the rotors and brakes. fresh all the way around. the rotors were fine in the back... it was just the brake bads were rly low. any lower and i would have needed new rotors... lol

A lot of it has to do with the proportioning valve that determines how much the fronts and rears brake, at least that's what my mechanic told me. I have 100K on my original front pads w/ almost a third left. The rears I replaced at 50K, and they're due again.
