Hi everybody! I have 225 50 16 tires in my car and I have joined the Low life! I am having one problem however, I live in Iowa and there are a lot of bumps so I had to set it so they would not rub on bumps, I have came to the conclusion that there is way too much wheel gap and that the problem is in the back only where the rear fender goes into the wheel well and there is a little lip, has anyone done anything with this before? I found a post of somebody getting it cut off but I don't want the sharp edge so is there any other way? Or could I just bend it up?

Most people roll the fender lip back up under the quarter panel. There are DIY videos everywhere on YouTube if you'd like to check it out. I wouldn't recommend cutting it as the original reason it's there is for structural rigidity.

How wide are your wheels? I wouldn't think 16's would be very wide, thus I'd find it hard to believe they are rubbing the fender lip.

The tires are a bit wider, but damn close in diameter.

What is wheel offset?
