according to https://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/login.asp?brand=honda it looks like it was for 98-99 accord/odyssey

thats just 1 of the 2 recalls that have been out for my 98 the other one is the electrical contacts inside of the ignition switch wearing out

yeah my igniton switch went out about 4 months ago i took it right into honda and they did it for free.

It doesn't matter if the car is under warranty, if there is a recall on a car they have to do it free of charge no matter the age/miles/condition of the car.
