reporting a car

so yesterday after school there was a 5 car accident, i knew everyone in there.
however, there was a black m3 that caused the accident, and i know that its the same m3 that always zooms past me after school.

the story goes, the front lady was extremely abruptly cut off, and caused a 5 man bumper car fest.

we saw the same m3 today at school, and of course, its the same guy. he burned out and went 80 up the 35mph school zone street.

my friends wrote down his license plate # but how would we go about reporting it.

do we call the cops and tell them about the case # or just call the 1st car lady.

Yes call the cops and say you witnessed that acccident and this douchebag has been doing this forever. I hate punkasses that drive with a huge ego. If the cops don't do something, videotape his behavior. Some people don't deserve to drive..... an M3 or any car...

well the kid bought the m3 for about 3grand.

i hope he gets his car and license taken away then u can laugh at him when u see him riding a bicycle to school
