i dont have a problem with my maintaince light being on, but its seems to stay on for about 30 seconds after starting my car??? dont think thats normal?

The longer you go without resetting, the light will do different things to remind you. At first it just shows up upon starting, then after several miles it will blink a few times, then eventually it will just stay on.

its blinks for about 20 seconds and then turns off?? is there somethin in my manual about this

Yes. And I explained the blinking in my post above, guess I should have used "several" instead of "few". Until you reset the light, it will continue to blink several times, and after some period of time it will just stay on.

I am not sure what it is in miles, but in KM... but after 6,000 the light blinks for 15 seconds when you start the vehicle.
After 12,000km it stays on constantly after you start the vehicle.
