The Subaru probably had hubcentric rings or wasn't running any. Since it's a universal aftermarket wheel, it probably has a large bore size to accomodate different applications. Just be sure to get hubcentric rings. Also, most of the time, the only wheels that have those specific bore sizes are OEM wheels.
Do 18" Weapons come in 7.5" widths? I just checked and they're usually only sold in 8" and 9" widths. The 17" Weapons come in 7.5".
Should be fine for offset, as they only offer +30, +38, and +45 offsets for that particular wheel in that size.
