we use 3m perfect it 3000 line up at work..its awsome..

Just wetsand the car with 1500/2000grit and then buff it out..Its one of the best out there..but hard to find at local stores.

Iv also used Meguiars professional that can be found at stores.looks orange'ish..just get the fine cut compound.and depending on the color of your car swirl remover and polish..will look good as new

Mequiars Clay bar kit did the trick for me. Took all of the stain off in about 45min-1hr.

Not all people know how to sand and then buff out sanding marks :)

hey turbo_911, how strong is UC in comparison to #85 diamond cut from Meguiar's?

Well M85 is formulated for use with a wool pad (on rotary only) while there is M84 is formulated for use with a foam pad. With a foam pad you need more lubrication.

That combination (#85 with wool pad is very aggressive) compare to Ultimate compound which is more used on DA with yellow pad and still does the trick. After #85 there was M95 invented, which is the same strength but contains new add-ons, and now new one is M105 which produces less dust and removes sanding marks quicker. M85 is just old lol but is much stronger then UC.

But to answer your question, it goes M105, M95, M85 then Ultimate Compound. UC is more consumer friendly, while M series is more for professionals.
