Rubbing in the rear

Anyone dealt with this? I had to dremel this small corner on my rear bumper. If you look inside theres a bolt that meets the fender and bumper. I dremel'd the **** out of it and now the rubbing is less but theres STILL rubbing. Its very minor. Only thru like railroad tracks and what not. Its NOT rubbing against the fender. I dont need to roll or shave those. It actually tucks inside in the fender but for some reason theres something small that still rubbing against the tires and I believe its that bolt. I just switched from 215 Kumhos to 225 Yokohamas on 18" wheels. :thinking:

what offset of wheel? and size....

yeah i had to cut a portion of that too. But now when I rub, it rubs on the body. slammed for the win
