The 98-00 OEM fogs are kind of rare and expensive but I know you could find a cheap set of 01-03 civic fogs on ebay. they only require a little bit of modification to fit on your bumper

I got a set of OEMS on my car but they stopped working

and i think one of the bulbs burned out.

what do you mean stopped working? you just need a wiring harness and some bulbs then, not to spend $200 on foglight housings. ebay look for any civic kit and im sure u can wire it up to your switch.
