How much would shipping be to 04090 (Wells, USA), and can you somehow test the LED bar to make sure they all work? That's all I really need it for.. A few LEDs in my DEP spoiler have burnt out.

01-02 roll a bit on the quarter panel while the 98-00 end at the edge of the trunk
