Hi all. Please replace the d0t c0m with .com in the link above. That is a picture of what I'm having trouble with.
The photo is from under the car, looking up toward the bottom of the intake manifold.

I've got 2 problems.

Problem 1)
I believe I broke my knock sensor. I'm was hoping someone would be able to confirm that. It is circled in the picture with a text 'knock?'.

Problem 2) There is a connector appearing thing that is branched off the same area of the wiring harness as the sensor I'm calling the knock sensor.
I think it is called c103, but not really sure. It is the brownish/redish thing I'm holding in the photo. Does this need to plug in somewhere? It looks like it should, but I don't see a mate for it anywhere.

*Mods, I imagine the photo restrictions here are to stop spam, so please excuse my effort to work around the
new user restrictions regarding posting links.

I had to replace mine. I don't remember the code. You can get a replacement on eBay for $5. It's a PITA to change. I remember it being orange. Take it to a mechanic and they can clear the code after installing the new one.

If that's your problem, of course. I can't see the pic. The knock sensor is just above the oil filter.
