LMAO, the main thing you need to do is get everyone to agree on a date and time, from there you can decide on location. Make a poll if you have to, and make a list of those who are going. People are less likely to want to participate if they don't know who's going. It just makes it easier having a list on the first page rather than having to read through 10 pages of post whoring to see who's going.
Whatever you do, just don't interfere with my meet on the 27th.
P.S. another idea would be to scratch the whole idea, drive a couple hours, and go to a bigger meet!!
