shift boot problems

i put on a aftermarket shift knob and boot and the boot falls down when i shift and it does not stay up, any suggestions?

You could try leaving the knob on and pulling the base of the boot up over top so its inside out then zip tie it tight right near the top. then pull the base back down and it should good to go.

What knob are you using? stock? Flip the boot inside out and zip tie the stock shift knob collar on there and snap it to the knob.

Most knob come with a collar as well, I know the RSX knob does.
