you gots a cabin? :)

Nah. I was thinking of an overnight thing? Big Bear and Mt. Baldy isn't too far :). Especially Mt. Baldy for you when your at CPP. Can't you get cheap rentals through campus with a student discount? I can get boots and board for $18/day on campus :D.

Thanks for the reply guys. I'll probably get chains and leave them in the trunk incase highway patrol decides to be *****es.

i have mt baldy season pass. if you want free tickets go to albersons buy 4 cans of guru energy drink with your albersons card and get 1 free ticket for weekdays only(before the 27th). 2.50 a can. but at least you get something out of it. (thanks to that one guy on this forum he told me sorry i dont remember your name) and i doubt you need chains for mt baldy but just keep it in the trunk. http://www.guruenergy.com/mtbaldy/ oh yeah if you go to mt baldy it isnt much of a over night staying place. it reminds me of the bates motel lol. it looks haunted. big bear mt high go for it. but not mt baldy.

How are the slopes at baldy though? Is it usually packed? That's one of the main reasons I wanna go to Baldy instead of Big Bear. Distance wise, it's the same for me but I got this vibe that there might be less people at Baldy?

big bear and mt high is just better than mt baldy. mt baldy is family owned and operated. if you are a beginner than go its not bad its not great. intermed people is okay too i suppose. im still a beginner soo. i can say much. just go early around before 10 if you go. restrooms are dirrty at least the bottom of the mountain at the lounge is better.
