So I got My Pads In The Mail and I'm PISSED!!!!

Okay okay I am paranoid but I expect perfect as I seek it.
I called Worthless TireRack and the the dumb girl was like why did you only order a set for one side of the front?!?!? I was like WTF!!!! LADY the box is for the front axle...4 pads...and she like, "haha I forgot" WOW!
Then she was like we don't have it in stock
I was like can you order it and if so how long will it take
she was like I can order it but not sure how it will take to get to you...1 week - 3 months...
WTF!
She was like I can send you a box to return it and that will take a week to process...
FIRST AND WORST EXPERIENCE from TireRack...will NEVER order from again!
Will install pads...hopefully my car won't fall apart!

She offered to pay for your return shipping. What did you expect...TR to drive to your house and pick them up...

TireRack is a highly acclaimed organization that has been doing business for years and years. Just because they hire one dud doesn't really mean you can discredit the whole company. And maybe she actually did forget, people are human. Sorry you're having a bad experience but just go through the motions if you want to return them and you'll get what you want.

Wow, what a gross overreaction to a normal thing. The way you're acting I thing you may have gotten the wrong pads anyway. What about that slot that is cut in the middle of the pad ZOMG WTF!!! BTW I don't know who told you perfection is possible but, uh, it isn't. If you install these pad they will disintegrate the moment you touch the brake pedal causing you to crash into a van of quadriplegic children with various cancers on their way to St. Judes hospital for miracle cancer treatment.

Okay okay....did I over react...maybe a little but I use to perfect product and AMAZING costumer service from AutohausAZ.com that when I went to their competitor and did receive the same I was a little shocked.
I swear by those guys and the only reason I went with tire rack was b/c they didn't carry the street performance pads but only the regular ones.
I ended up putting those bad boys on and the car is still on jacks because I took the time to change the tranny oil and engine oil because the car was up there!
In regards to the noise...holy smokes when I took the pads off the passanger side, the pad was ALMOST gone...there was sooo little that I thought I would have been grinding in the next day or two. I inspected the rotor and all seems fine. I will have to test these pads out and give you guys a feed back.

Yeah you were acting like a little *****. Hopefully that snickers makes a difference in the future. No point in ranting and raving about chips on brake pads
