So my Tranny Finally Gave Up

Ever since I bought my car my reverse gear has always gave me prob...if im going reverse up any slight hill the gear would give up as if i pulled up the E-brake and would start jerking until i let off the throttle....now my tranny is just simply completely slipping and after a while it would just stay on 2nd gear....no matter if i have it on 1...2...3...or D4....and my check engine light gave me the following codes:

(Permanent Codes)
P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency below Threshold
P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction

(Mode 3)
P0730 Gear Ration Incorrect
P1705 Manufacturer Controlled Transmission

What do i need to do to fix this???

yea outsidaz ive been waiting to go manual but i've calculated about $1000 jus in parts and thats pretty much all i have rite now so i just might not even have a car for a while.....

Sleepy i do need parts...i was gonna ask you too....let me know what you can get me...if its from a website even better cuz im trying to use credit card for everything....i dont have a job and i cant use cash the i have...my mechanic is charging me $300 for the labor...unless i can gather some of you 6ga members to come help me at my house...

there is a yard over by Pennsylvania ave in bklyn that you can find some tranny parts if u really want to 5speed swap for cheap... Penn and i forget the cross streets but its one block away from atlantic ave
