if u file PNO....u can dont have to renew the tags for the year...but u cant drive it...thus the non-operational status....wen u want to renew...u jus have to pay for the renewal fees plus tags...

but, can i renew it at anytime after it goes into PNO status? or is the PNO for a year?

they'll send u another letter asking if u still want to keep in non-op or to renew tags.....
