Will the ipod extender work for like charging my ipod on my alpine 9886 deck? Cause it doesnt charge it maybe ill chance it

You need a 12V to 5V adapter. This won't make it charge.

I got mine on eBay and haven't had any problems with it so far. Just search for iPhone 5v 12v and a bunch will come up
