Hey, I've been thinking about doing some CL-S mufflers....how do you like them? Are they significantly louder than stock? Let me know what you think.

And uhh...you wouldn't happen to have a sound clip of them would you?

i made this about a month ago. all exhaust system is stock. so you get to hear what they sound like without bigger piping and all. enjoy!!

oh yea! i love them. i dont think i'd trade them for any other set-up. all i would do is get a set of headers and cut out one resonator to give it a bit more volume. but i like the sound. i dont have a drive-by video yet but ill prob get one sometime soon


goldnknight, if your looking for volume, this isnt the setup for you. if your looking for the OEM look, these are a great choice. they are *almost* bolt ons and they have a pretty nice HUMMM when ur driving. its not annoying but noticeable. not as loud as a g35, but deeper, IMO. g35s are very hollow sounding.

yea, i rattle-canned them electric blue.. im kinda going with this blue / black theme. inside, i did the blue led gauges, blue escort passport , blue pioneer.. so i figured id throw some blue on the outside as well. im getting ready to change all that tho.. i want to do red led gauges and i want to change the blue calipers. i also wanna paint my sway bar to stand out. but i wont do that will i pick up a TL sway bar. i kinda want to go with a different color. everyone in the world has red/blue/yellow/black calipers.. i was kinda thinking of the orange that Ksport coilovers come in.. what do you guys think about that? and the sway bar in the back would be painted to match them..

i think you'd need the real thing for them to match....stock brakes are best left silver or black IMO...

I'm leaning more and more towards getting the CL-S Mufflers thanks to you black_accord, lol. I think I'd paint the mufflers black and leave the tip coming out of the muffler chrome/silver.
