Hey guys, Ive got a sounds that sounds like a bad wheel bearing, as in it gets louder the faster I go. It doesn't change pitch or tone when I'm turning though. I have also checked all the wheel bearings just to be sure, besides both front wheel bearing were replaced within the past 10,000 miles anyway. I've done some research, and I'm down to either a bad differential or a bad intermediate shaft. Has anyone ever had any experience with either of these going bad? Anybody have any other ideas on what it could be? I'll pop a new trans in if I have to, but I'd rather save myself several hours of work and money if i can.
