why would taking off your tires mess up your alignment? youre not changing anything in the suspensions' geometry...

1" = 25.4mm

at ~8mm or more, you need extended lugs.

for what its worth, all 3 sets of tires i had on my car have been 10mm (~1/2") wider than stock and ive never had an alignment in the 4 years ive had this car.

for the 3rd time, no.

youre pretty much safe using any spacer thats 5mm, or less, in thickness on the stock wheel studs. anything more than 5mm, you should definitely get extended wheel studs.

well, technically, with spacers you should get extended studs, but like i said, youll be fine on the oems with anything 5mm and less.
