Most shirt shops will be fine with printing one design on different colored shirts, if that helps things along. So say someone comes up with artwork in white, that can go on almost any darker colored shirt. Same goes for black artwork on lighter colored shirts. That'll make for some diversity.

I agree about keeping it simple. Let's get some more ideas out and get some drawings done. There's no shortage of talented individuals here on this forum.
