Speeding ticket

I had on on the 110 and pch they caught me doing 96...$420 for the ticket...I was driving a cr-v at 3am, they didn't gave any chances of traffic school and I'm still wondering why...anyways I learned my lesson

why wouldnt you go to court and try to fight the ticket...talk to the prosecutor and maybe he will lower the charge...thats what i do in jersey anyway

might also considering changing/postpone ur court date a few times, popo might juz get lazy and not show up. but i think there are new policies tho where popo gets paid more for going to court, not sure. but definitely take the online traffic school. but keep in mind that you can only take traffic school once every 1 yr and 6 months(im pretty sure). so... dont make any more mistakes within the time frame and u'll be good =) gl.

over here in NJ they can give you a plea bargain and settle for a lesser case but the fine is like $400-$500. It's worth it though cuz they completely remove the points from your license

not much i think driving school is about 30 bucks? haha iono i had mine longg time ago and i learned my lesson and the other one is just pure bull**** ppl can pull on u T_T but let's not get into that haha
