if your balljoint is on its way out DO NOT spend time waiting to fix it

if it breaks have fun chasing your wheel rolling down the street

Well, it was actually over 50 degrees today, and the car made no squeaking noises whatsoever.

Is there a chance the squeaking could be due to the cold?

Yes and No. Its basically the rubber that is squeaking. The reason the rubber is squeaking is because the balljoint integrity is compromised and its compressed on itself and the rubber.

Change it before its too late.

MOOG balljoints are less than 30$. Call up Napa, Advance, or whatever your local autoparts store is and have that changed ASAP.
