I've got an issue where at low speeds when I go to steering lock on either side (usually when I have to parallel park) I hear a squealing sound. It's not the steering wheel itself, the sound is coming from the engine bay somewhere I believe. It seems to only be at low speeds (I think, I'm not often hitting the steering lock at anything over a couple MPH), and only when I hit the end and apply a little bit of pressure. Also this doesn't always happen and seems to happen more often when its colder. Should I be concerned? Is it worth fixing or just let it be?

prolly belt, when you hit the end it goes over pressure, so past a different valve, so pres goes up, so hp req'd+, low rpm so tq req'd +, so belt load +

check that belt.
