Hey you didn't remove those plates at the end of the mufflers? They're bolted on with some allen head screws?

The mufflers work better with the baffles installed. I did not like the way SRS secured the baffles with only 2 screws on the bottom portion. Whats holds the top? I evenly drilled some holes on top to hold it tight and keep it from rattling.

Thats honestly the reason why I thought they were there to keep the tip from deforming during shipment. I guess I should've kept it, oh well:shrug:

Contact SRS and tell them it fell out the back while driving. Perhaps SRS customer support will send a replacement. To get the most, I would remove the catalytic and use a test pipe until emissions inspection.

It looks like you did a real nice job.

If you get a new baffle from SRS you can keep it capped so the police do not hassle you. I take my baffles out when I run higher boost levels.

I've had a test pipe on before I got the exhaust. It took about 3 weeks to finally get the entire exhaust since they were on back order.
