Forget that, what your kid wants is a bigwheel. Nothing is more fun to tear around on. Make sure the rear wheels are plastic and the front has a rubber center strip. Add a hand brake and you're in business.
^Those things were the best. Plastic wheels meant throwing it around in the rain, and just sliding. Or going full speed down our steep driveway and throwing it left made you do a full 360 quite a few times.
God I miss those days. I might go get it out of our shed tomorrow and see if it is still possible lol
