Static on Radio, Flicekring internal Lights

Hi Everyone,

Noticed that there is static coming from the radio/speakers and sometimes, the internal lights, including the lights on the dash/clock flicker for example when just locking the doors.

Appreciate any advise on this? Will a grounding kit help or is there something seriously bad on the wirings? other 2 cars does not have feedback/static even when a mobile phone is neer the Head unit..

Is this jsut because of damaged wires?

Sounds like a bad ground (grounds)

It's a trouble shooting thing that should be done at your local audio shop

If this problem started on it's own then I would start by finding voltage at certain locations, including the battery, alt, etc.. Then check voltage again at those locations while "locking the doors". If you don't have a Volt meter, go get one, you are likely to need it to find this kind of problem.c
