Stock Air Box and piping

i have the stock box with KnN drop in but my resonator is gone and the bottom of my box is modified :/

i have the intake tube but no box if you need it and a couple resonaters if you want to take them?

Is anyone willing to ship any of these? I know it would be a big package, but I'm willing to pay. Unfortunately I simply don't have the time to drive to NYC or really anywhere out of New England for this.
